Why we show categories, not logos.
Most of our retainers run under NDA. The numbers are real; the logos belong to the clients. Here is exactly how we balance proof with privacy — and what you can ask for if you want to talk to a reference.
Most retainers run NDA-default.
Out of our last 90 retainer engagements, 71 ran under signed mutual NDA at the client's request. Mid-market and growth-stage brands often treat marketing performance, channel mix, and creative tests as competitive advantage — not marketing collateral. We respect that.
When we publish a case study, the metric ranges and methodology are real. The brand name, sector specifics, and identifying revenue figures are stripped. Every case is reviewed by the client before we publish — they hold a veto on every line.
Reference contacts on request.
If you are seriously evaluating us, we will introduce you to two or three current or former clients in your sector — by phone or by email — after a counter-NDA. They will tell you, on the record with you, what worked, what did not, and what they would do differently.
Metrics inside published case studies are independently verifiable on request: GA4, Klaviyo, Google Ads, or Looker Studio screenshots from the engagement window, with brand identifiers redacted. We will not send these unsolicited — but they exist, and they hold up.
Named clients exist. Logos when permitted.
Where a client explicitly opts in to be named — typically because the engagement is itself part of a launch announcement or thought-leadership push — we name them. You will see their logo on the relevant case-study page, not on a generic ticker.
We do not buy logo placements, swap logos for testimonials, or reproduce a logo without an explicit current authorisation in writing. If you see a logo on this site, the brand has actively given us permission to display it for the named purpose.
Want to talk to a reference?
Send a brief — your category, your stage, your blockers. We will introduce you to two or three relevant references after counter-NDA, normally inside 48 working hours.
