California residents (whether visiting, working with us as a client, or applying for a role). Other state laws (VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA, TDPSA, etc.) handled under our general Privacy Policy.
Your rights
Right to know, right to delete, right to correct, right to opt out of sale/share, right to limit use of sensitive personal information, right to data portability, right to non-discrimination for exercising rights. All exercisable via dpo@digitalmarketingagencyfor.com within 45 days.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
The toggle is available in our cookie banner. Activating it disables Microsoft Clarity + Google Analytics 4 on your visits. We do not sell personal information; "share" we apply broadly to mean any cross-context behavioural advertising even where exemptions might apply.
Sensitive personal info
We do not collect sensitive personal information (precise geolocation, racial/ethnic origin, religion, health, etc.). We do not use any personal data for purposes that would trigger CPRA's "limit use of sensitive PI" right.
Non-discrimination
We do not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA/CPRA rights. Service quality and pricing are unaffected.
