Yes — every productised tier has a fixed monthly or sprint price in USD, listed on this page. The only variables are paid-media management fees (8% of Google spend, 10% of paid-social spend on retainers — disclosed before signing) and creator fees on the Influencer programme (billed at cost, no markup). Scope shifts only when you actively request changes, and we quote the delta separately. No surprise line items, no platform-tool markups, no agency-of-record retainer minimums.

The Pod Onboarding ($Custom, 8–12 weeks) and Enterprise ($Custom, 12–24 weeks) tiers are bespoke by design — multi-region rollouts, MMM builds, regulated industries (HIPAA, FinTech), or multi-brand portfolios. Send a one-paragraph brief and we reply within 24 working hours with a fixed-price recommendation, an honest channel-mix read, and a 90-day plan. If a productised tier fits, we will tell you that instead of upselling — most engagements land inside the standard catalogue.

Yes. Sprint packages run on a 30% upfront / 40% mid-point / 30% on go-live schedule — milestones are written into the SOW, so you never pay before a deliverable lands. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance with Net-30 payment terms (Net-15 for enterprise). We accept ACH, wire, and credit card via Stripe; cards over $10,000 carry the standard 2.9% Stripe processing fee.

All productised prices on this page are USD ex. tax. We can issue invoices in EUR, GBP, AUD, INR, CAD, AED, SGD, NZD, and SAR on request — no surcharge, no FX markup; we use the prevailing mid-market rate at invoice date. US sales tax, UK VAT, EU VAT, Indian GST, and other applicable indirect taxes are added at rendition where required by law. Tax registrations available on request.

Yes — the delta is quoted separately and applied immediately, no rebate clawback, no contract reset. Upgrades typically happen at the 30-day mark when scope clarity sharpens (e.g., Single-Channel → Multi-Channel, or Sprint → Sprint + Retainer). Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Mid-engagement, scope changes are handled as written change-orders so you always have a paper trail of what was agreed and what shifted.

Every sprint includes 30 days of post-sprint support — bug fixes, deliverable adjustments, knowledge-transfer calls, dashboard tuning. After day 30, ongoing work moves to a retainer (you pick the tier) or hourly engagement at $95–$185/hr depending on specialist seniority. Most sprint clients transition to a Single-Channel or Multi-Channel retainer to maintain momentum — but no obligation, and we will hand off cleanly to your in-house team if that is the plan.

10% off for annual prepay (paid in advance, locked-in scope), 5% off for quarterly prepay, 0% on monthly. Annual prepay is most common for Multi-Channel ($5,999/mo) and Full Pod ($14,999/mo) tiers where the savings are material — $7,200/yr and $18,000/yr respectively. Annual contracts include a 30-day exit clause and pro-rata refund of unused months if you exit early — we do not lock you in past a month you no longer need.

Hourly: 10-hour minimum, billed against a named senior specialist. Monthly: 1-month minimum + a 14-day fit guarantee — if it is not working in the first two weeks, either side can exit with no further obligation. Project: scope-dependent (typically 4–12 weeks). Replacement guarantee on every monthly engagement: if the specialist is not the right fit, we replace inside 72 working hours during the 14-day window.
