How quickly do you reply?+
Inside 24 working hours from form submission — typically faster. Our four-zone coverage (US ET, UK/EU, IST, AEDT) means there is a senior at a keyboard for ~20 hours of every 24-hour cycle. If you submit a brief on Friday afternoon US time, you will hear back Monday morning at the latest. Calendly bookings for 30-min discovery calls confirm instantly. Phone + LinkedIn + email all go to the same triage inbox; we do not have a separate "support" tier.
What should I include in my brief?+
Three things help us reply with substance instead of generic acknowledgement. (1) What you sell — product/service, customer category, rough price point. (2) What you have tried — channels currently active, last attempted experiments, current agency or in-house arrangement. (3) The outcome you would take to your board — "double organic revenue in 12 months", "cut PMax waste by 30%", "rebuild AEO citation share". Specificity beats length: 5 sentences with detail outperforms a 5-paragraph problem statement.
Do you offer one-off projects or consultation calls?+
Yes — three formats. Our 7-day Free Growth Audit is the no-obligation deliverable for brands in evaluation. Sprint engagements ($2,999–$8,999, 4–8 weeks) are productised one-off projects: AEO recovery sprint, BFCM Ready, Klaviyo migration, GA4 server-side rebuild, etc. Paid consulting calls (90 minutes, $1,500) are available for tactical second opinions where you do not want execution. Retainers ($1,199–$14,999/mo) are for ongoing senior-led pod work. Send the brief and we will recommend which fits.
Can I sign an NDA before sharing data?+
Yes — mutual NDA on request before any data flows. We sign your template or send ours; either works. We routinely work under NDA across DTC, B2B SaaS, FinTech, HealthTech (HIPAA-aware where relevant), and government-procurement flows. Reference contacts (current/former clients willing to speak on the record) are returned within 48 working hours of brief acceptance, also under counter-NDA when required. The published case studies on this site are mostly anonymised under NDA; the reference contacts are real and reachable.
Do you take referrals or partner with other agencies?+
Yes — both directions. We pay 15% referral commission on first three months of retainer revenue for inbound referrals (signed agreement; auto-paid quarterly). For outbound: when a brief is not a fit (wrong stage, single-channel, niche we lack expertise in), we route to a vetted partner agency — no kickback collected, attribution noted in the email so the partner knows the source.
