Is there a sales call attached?+
Only if you ask for one. The default deliverable is the Loom + report sent to your inbox — no calendly link, no automated follow-up sequence, no nurture email cadence. If you want to discuss the findings, reply to the email and we will book a 30-minute readout call. If you do not, we close the loop and you keep the prioritised fix list. We do not chase: most audit recipients self-implement the Top-3 fixes within 90 days, and a portion return as retainer clients when they want senior execution. The audit is the sales process — if it is useful, you will come back.
What level of access do you need?+
Domain access only is enough for the AEO + SEO halves of the audit (no login required — we crawl publicly available pages + run AI-engine citation queries). For the Paid Ads half: read-only Google Ads access at the standard or admin email level (you grant via Tools → Access and Security → Add User → Read Only). For the Email half: read-only Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot access (depending on your stack). All access is revocable instantly the moment the audit is delivered. We do not need ownership transfer, login credentials, API keys, or write access for any audit.
Why are you giving away a senior-led 4-channel audit for free?+
Three reasons. First, it is the most effective lead-qualification mechanism we have built — brands that submit are by definition mid-market enough to have data, serious enough to grant access, and operating across multiple channels (which fits our retainer scope). Second, it forces our team to maintain calibrated benchmarks across categories — we cannot deliver "you are top-quartile in category X" without continuously measuring across the portfolio. Third, the marginal cost of a 7-day senior audit (~3–4 hours of senior time) is genuinely low against the conversion rate of brands that come back as retainer clients. The audit being free is the right business decision.
My company is under $1M revenue — should I still submit?+
Yes — the audit is free regardless of revenue tier. Honest framing: at sub-$1M revenue, the most leverage often comes from focusing on a single channel (paid social, organic content, or email lifecycle) rather than building a 4-channel pod. If we identify that pattern in your audit, we will say so explicitly and recommend specialist freelancers or our $1,199/mo Single-Channel Lite tier rather than under-staffing a multi-channel retainer. The audit will still be useful — we benchmark, prioritise fixes, and tell you what your stage actually needs, even when the answer is "not us yet."
